Process:
Once you contact us we will sit down with you face-to-face to discuss your real estate goals. 
Credit counseling is available.
We will fill out an application and start the mortgage application process.  An up-front processing fee of $500 applies to cover expenses.  (Fees can be waived for pre-qualified buyers.) 
Once we have located your future home and put money down, we require another $1000 non-refundable binder.  (Again, this can be waived for pre-qualified buyers who cover the binder).
On closing date, we cover all costs and will follow up with you to ensure proper filing of all required legal/tax/insurance and mortgage paperwork.
